Terms and Conditions for Enrollment in Krista Tier Programs
Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in any Krista Tier Program ("Program"), you agree to fully adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Program Deliverables
Upon enrollment, you will have access to the following:
- Resource Client Portal Access
- Additional Resources
- Community Group with access to coaches support within community.
Communication
All coaching communication will take place in Coach Community group.
Responses to client communication will be within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Schedule of Events
Program events are scheduled based on common client time zones and will not be adjusted individually.
Event reminders will be sent via email and posted in the community group. It is your responsibility to attend all scheduled program calls and events.
Client Responsibilities
Attendance: Attend all scheduled coaching calls and events, with camera on during live calls.
Communication: Maintain open and honest communication with coaches and participate actively in the program.
Commitment: Implement coaching principles and complete agreed-upon tasks.
Ethics: Do not steal, copy, or share any program materials.
Engagement: Be active and engaged in the group to the best of your ability.
Values: Commit to the following values:
- Support, Not Carry: Take 100% responsibility for your business and actions. The Amplifier Team provides support, not execution of day-to-day tasks.
- Planning Ahead: Plan ahead in your business, understanding that urgency leads to undesired results.
- Doing It Well: Be patient and receptive to feedback, understanding that perfecting the process takes time and effort.
Responsibility for Progress: You are solely responsible for your own progress and results throughout the coaching services.
Payment
Full Payment: You agree to pay the full program fee upon enrollment, regardless of the payment plan chosen.
Payment Plans: If you select a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your card/account according to the plan's terms.
Non-Payment: If payment is delayed or missed, you will incur additional collection costs. Persistent non-payment may result in termination of access to the program without a refund, and you will still be liable for the full program fee.
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the program, no refunds are permitted under any circumstances.
Refunds
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds are permitted under any circumstances. Dissatisfaction with any product is not a valid reason for a refund or excuse to not make remaining payments due under this Agreement.
No Guarantees

Client's Responsibility: Your results will depend on various factors including but not limited to your level of personal responsibility, commitment, and abilities, as well as factors that may be beyond our control.
Cancellation and Termination
By Client: Early termination of this agreement is not available at any time for any reason.
By Coach: The coach may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice or immediately for specific violations such as disruptive behavior, non-compliance, or negative public statements about the program.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, such as acts of God, pandemics, or other significant disruptions.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or representations.

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by us.
By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
